About the project

Mirket Harness is a free, open-source project maintained under the Mirket Software name. It has no commercial target. This document concerns the harness and harness.mirket.dev, not other Mirket products.

For privacy questions, security reports or legal concerns, contact hello@mirket.dev. Please do not send passwords, API keys or unnecessary personal information.

Privacy

Installing the harness does not automatically send your local project files or local memory to Mirket Software. Models and tools you configure may send selected information to their providers. Review those providers' policies before sharing confidential or personal information.

The harness website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies in its own code. It runs on Hetzner Cloud in Nuremberg, Germany. The server keeps operational access and error logs for delivery, troubleshooting and security. These may contain IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps and browser details. Logs rotate daily with 14 retained rotations; this is not a guarantee that all copies are deleted within 14 days.

Messages sent to our contact address are handled to respond to your request. Incoming email is routed through Apple iCloud Mail. You may contact us about access, correction or deletion of information we hold about you; applicable rights and exceptions depend on the relevant law.

License and responsible use

The harness is distributed under the MIT License. Its permissions, copyright notice and warranty disclaimer apply. Third-party components retain their own licenses and notices.

AI-generated output can be inaccurate or unsafe. Review generated work and verify consequential actions before relying on them. The project does not guarantee accuracy, uninterrupted availability or suitability for a particular purpose. Nothing in this document removes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
